Body Pump: 
Body Pump is resistance training, choreographed to music, using a step, bar and weights to suit your fitness level. The FREE orientation will teach the lifting techniques that are used and is highly encouraged before attending your first class.

Body Pump Technique Class:
This class spends extra time teaching the lifting techniques that are used in Body Pump classes.  These FREE classes are great if you are new to Pump and want to try it out.  In addition, because you will get a 1 hour workout, it's perfect for anyone who currently takes the Body Pump class.
 
1st Saturday /month

Body Pump Launch: An event with awesome Body Pump instructors to inspire, excite and keep you moving through the newest release. You will experience a complete Body Pump workout, a great way to see what the craze is all about.
 
Launch 75:
Sat., September 11    9:00 - 10:30 am

FREE to all Y Members and Community Participants who come with a member. Launch is limited to the first 30 participants.  Attend the launch and receive $5 off a punch card.

TRX Basics:  
45 min TRX class to teach proper set-up and safety. You will learn basic exercises for upper and lower body and most definately core training.  Strongly encouraged if you are new to TRX.

TRX Suspension Training:  
A new category of exercise for all abilities, that uses a strap system to leverage your own bodyweight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and joint stability simultaneously. TRX Suspension Training is a non-stop strength training workout. Maximum 11.

Boot Camp:
Designed for varied fitness levels, this program encourages and promotes total body fitness in a vigorous boot camp style. This intense interval based class will push you outside your comfort zone and have you achieving fitness obstacles that you never thought possible. This class will be held outdoors at the YMCA when weather permits.
