(Effective now for new members; effective Sept. 1, 2014 for existing members.)
* Household membership includes one or two adults and their dependents (children through age 24 if full time students), all residing in the same household. A maximum of 2 additional related individuals can be included in the membership at the additional cost of $10 per person. (Individuals must be residing at the same address and will need to provide proof of the address by showing a State ID or Driver’s License.)
The Y Board of Directors may, at its discretion, adjust the membership rates. A four-week notice will be given prior to any changes.
Methods of Payment
Membership dues can be paid through convenient monthly automatic bank draft or by paying the full annual rate using cash, check or MasterCard/Visa/Discover.
Change is Inevitable
Please contact us if you need to update your membership for any reason. For cancellations, we require a completed Cancellation Form to be submitted 14-days prior
to your next draft to discontinue the bank draft and terminate the membership.
The Membership Change form is required for any change to your membership
to take effect. Please complete this form and return to Member Services or email
to email@example.com. Once Member Services receives and processes your Change Form, you will receive confirmation via email or phone. If you do not hear from Member Services within one week of submitting your Change Form, please contact us as we have not received it.
Membership Key Tags
To ensure the safety of our members, key tags must be presented when entering the facility. Thank you for your support.
