AOA Drop-in classes included in membership: 

 

AOA CARDIO FITNESS:

A low intensity cardio workout followed by strength and flexibility that includes floor exercises. Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor.    

Monday & Wednesday...................11:00-11:45 am 

CHAIR YOGA:

A new class to practice yoga while sitting and using your chair for support. Improve muscle tone and balance, all while learning better breathing techniques and reducing stress. This class is ideal for everyone including those with health restrictions, decreased range of motion or physical challenges.    

SPRING SESSION ONLY Tuesday & Thursday...................8:15-8:45 am 

 

GENTLE YOGA:

Gentle flow for those who have unique health challenges and may experience tight and weak muscles. Learn simple exercises to improve range of motion, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility. 

SIT TO BE FIT:

Improve fitness while sitting and using your chair for support. Includes stretching, aerobic exercise and strengthening. Beginner to moderately-high fitness levels are accommodated.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday......................12:15-1:00 pm

 

PARKINSON’S EXERCISE:

An exercise group for individuals with Parkinson’s disease designed and led by Aurora physical therapists and fitness coaches. The class focuses on flexibility, balance, strength, vocalizations and posture. Participants must obtain medical clearance and be evaluated by class instructors prior to enrollment.

April 19 - June 9 (8 weeks)

COMMUNITY OUTREACH FITNESS:

Classes held at the Center for Life Enrichment,
1305 W. Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc
