Senior Programs

AOA CARDIO FITNESS:
A low intensity cardio workout followed by strength and flexibility that includes floor exercises. Participants should be able to get up and down from the floor.
     Monday & Wednesday, 11:00 - 11:45 am 

CHAIR FITNESS:
Lively exercise done both sitting and standing near a chair, using the chair for balance and support. Includes stretching, light to moderate aerobic exercise and strengthening.
     Wednesday & Friday, 12:15 - 1:00 pm

GENTLE MOVE & STRETCH:
Ideal for but not limited to the exercise beginner. Improve strength, balance and flexibility. Includes sitting and standing exercise. Focus on breathing, light movement and stretching.
     Monday, 12:15 - 1:00 pm

AOA TOTAL FITNESS:
Six aspects of a great fitness routine are addressed in a fun, social atmosphere for AOA’s getting to know one another while doing something good for the mind, body and spirit.
Held in the Wellness Center.
     Tuesday/Thursday, 1:00 - 2:00 pm
