BODYPUMP TECHNIQUE

WORKSHOP

PHASE I:
(Will cover the set position, dead lift, dead row, squat and lunge)
May 19th 12:30pm-2:30pm

PHASE II:
(Will cover upright row, clean & press, and triceps)
June 15th 7:00pm-8:30pm
June 20th 11:30am-1:00pm

This small group workshop is aimed toward ensuring correct form for all classic BodyPump moves while teaching you how to make the most out of YOUR BodyPump experience. This small group quarterly workshop will enable each participant to individualize her/his group exercise experience.

Fee: $25 Y Membe
