BODYATTACK:
A sports-inspired Les Mills cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy, interval class combines athletic conditioning movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

BODYPUMP (Y MBR ONLY):
The fastest way to shape you up and lose body fat. This Les Mills class uses a barbell and weights to challenge all of your major muscle groups. Perfect for men and women who want to add strength training into their aerobic routine.

NEW BODYPUMPERS (Y MBR ONLY):
This is a quick introduction to BODYPUMP to show new, or not-so-new participants how to appropriately execute the moves used in a full BODYPUMP class.
BODYVIVE:
An absolute must for those new to Group Exercise and even those who have been working out and are looking to rejuvenate, energize and revive! It’s a 55-minute, low impact workout with aerobic and resistance training, and a “core & restore” block, all set to highly energizing, fun music!

BOOT CAMP (Now FREE for Y Mbrs!):
Designed for all fitness levels, this program encourages and promotes total body fitness in a vigorous boot camp style. This intense interval-based class will push you.
CARDIO BLAST:
Cardio class that rotates through a variety of your favorite class formats. Cycle of formats is posted every three months.
CARDIO DANCE:
Dance class that uses a variety of dance styles, great music and an instructor that has the love of dance.
CARDIO FITNESS:
Free-style class that includes 30 minutes of cardio, followed by sculpting, toning and core work.
CXWORX:
A 30-minute core class formulated with a carefully-structured approach with unforgiving intensity! This Les Mills class has been designed to tighten and strengthen your abs, glutes, back, obliques and “slings,” connecting the upper and lower body.

GROUP EXERCISE BASICS:
A series of three 20-minute classes that cover the basic components of most group exercise classes with the goal of learning the basics so you can jump right in!
SHAPE EXPRESS:
The emphasis will be on exercises that will tone and shape different areas of your body. This is a quick, 25-minute workout that will also warm you up for your next class.
STEP:
An energetic Step workout that uses easy-to-follow movements on, over and around the Step. The end result is toning, cardio fitness, calorie burning and fun!
TURBO KICK:
A combination of kick boxing and dance moves all choreographed to high energy, motivating music. This ultimate cardio workout is a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool-down, all designed to burn fat and re-shape your body.
ZUMBA:
It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party! The routines feature interval sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body.
ZUMBA TONING:
The perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast! The class combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness party. Learn how to use lightweight Toning Sticks or dumbbells 3lbs or less to enhance rhythm and tone all target zones.
