ADRENALINE BOOT CAMP:
The ultimate cardio and strength interval workout designed to work every inch of your body and maximize your post workout caloric expenditure. 

BODYATTACK:
A sports-inspired Les Mills cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy, interval class combines athletic conditioning movements with strength and stabilization exercises.

BODYCOMBAT:
A high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. A Les Mills class that gives you the opportunity to punch and kick your way to fitness...no experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

BODYPUMP:
The fastest way to shape you up and lose body fat. This Les Mills class uses a barbell and weights to challenge all of your major muscle groups. Perfect for men and women who want to add strength training into their aerobic routine.

NEW BODYPUMPERS:
New participants can learn how to appropriately execute the moves.

BODYVIVE:
An absolute must for those new to Group Exercise and even those who have been working out and are looking to rejuvenate, energize and revive! It’s a 55-minute, low impact workout with aerobic and resistance training, and a “core & restore” block, all set to highly energizing, fun music!

CARDIO DANCE:
Dance class that uses a variety of dance styles, great music and an instructor that has the love of dance.

CXWORX:
A 30-minute core class formulated with a carefully-structured approach with unforgiving intensity! This Les Mills class has been designed to tighten and strengthen your abs, glutes, back, obliques and “slings,” connecting the upper and lower body.

POUND:
With Pound, the cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dropping fun of playing the drums!

SHAPE EXPRESS:
The emphasis will be on exercises that will tone and shape different areas of your body. This is a quick, 25-minute workout that will also warm you up for your next class.

STEP:
An energetic Step workout that uses easy-to-follow movements on, over and around the Step. The end result is toning, cardio fitness, calorie burning and fun!

TURBO KICK:
A combination of kick boxing and dance moves all choreographed to high energy, motivating music. This ultimate cardio workout is a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training and a relaxing cool-down, all designed to burn fat and re-shape your body.

ZUMBA:
It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party! The routines feature interval sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body.

ZUMBA TONING:
Combines targeted body sculpting exercises and cardito with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie torching, strength training fitness party.
