IN-TRINITY


In-Trinity is an exciting new incline training platform that builds strength, deepens flexibility and improves balance, coordination and agility. It draws on multiple disciplines including yoga and martial arts to promote wellness, emphasize mindfulness and breath new life into traditional practices.
 

SPRING/SUMMER SCHEDULE

In-Trinity® Lite:
Learn the basic movement patterns in a slower paced class focused on improving ones flexibility, strength and balance. Class well suited for those looking to improve flexibility or beginners.

In-Trinity® Tone:
Uses more movement patterns and advanced options exploring exercises in yoga, pilates and martial arts. Class taught at an intermediate level and more strength based, but basic options are always available.

Monday(Tone): 5:45-6:30 pm
Tuesday(Tone): 8:45-9:30 am
Wednesday(Lite): 5:30-6:15 pm
Thursday(Lite): 12:15-1:00 pm
Friday(Tone): 6:30-7:15 am
Friday(Lite): 9:00-9:45 am
Saturday(Tone): 10:00-10:45 am

PILATES CLASSES

 
GENTLE PILATES:

Recommended if you are new to Pilates movements, or if Pilates has been recommended to you for rehabilitation or core strength improvements. This class is a stepping stone to Pilates Mat.

 
PILATES MAT:

The foundation of core strength and stability needed for every activity. The sequence of Pilates exercises will challenge core strength and increase dynamic stability without adding bulk, as well as improve flexibility and posture.

PIYO:
This innovative combination of Yoga and Pilates is designed to give you the best of both worlds...stretching and strengthening.

 

YOGA CLASSES

Yoga increases flexibility and strength while relaxing your mind and body. The perfect complement to all exercise routines!

CONTINUING YOGA:

Strengthening poses and alignment while moving fluidly from one pose to another.  
Not recommended without prior yoga class.

GENTLE YOGA:
Gentle flow for those who have unique health challenges and may experience tight and weak muscles. Learn simple exercises to improve range of motion, muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.
