Pilates and Yoga schedules are available on the Group Exercise Schedule (right).
INTRO TO PILATES:
Learn the techniques and essential exercises used in Pilates Mat classes. A full program session is recommended if you are new to Pilates movements, or if Pilates has been recommended to you for rehabilitation or core strength improvements. This class is a stepping stone to Pilates Mat classes. (Registration required. Not included in Yoga/Pilates punch card.)

Spring/Summer: $30 Y Mbr / $64 Comm Part (per session - 8 weeks/each)
INTRO TO YOGA:
Designed to meet the needs of the new Yoga student. You will learn the basics of breath work and beginning poses, while gaining flexibility, strength and relaxation. This class is progressive and is a stepping stone for moving into other yoga classes. (Registration required. Not included in Yoga/Pilates punch card.)

PILATES MAT:
The foundation of core strength and stability needed for every activity. The sequence of Pilates exercises will challenge core strength and increase dynamic stability without adding bulk, as well as improve flexibility and posture.
PIYO:
This innovative combination of Yoga and Pilates is designed to give you the best of both worlds...stretching and strengthening.
POWER PIYO:
A traditional Pilates and Yoga fusion class, only more intense with power moves and up-tempo music that will get you sweating, stretching and strengthening.
Yoga increases flexibility and strength while relaxing your mind and body. The perfect complement to all exercise routines!
YOGA BASICS:
Focus is on breathing, learning poses and relaxation.
CONTINUING YOGA:
Strengthening poses and alignment while moving fluidly from one pose to another.
Not recommended without prior yoga class.
Gentle and safe yoga exercises selected specifically for use during all trimesters of pregnancy. Learn poses and breathing and relaxation techniques to help with the physical changes and discomforts of this very special time.

AOAs have unique health challenges and many times experience tight and weak muscles. Learn simple yoga exercises, designed to improve your muscle strength, endurance, flexibility and range of motion.
