TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING:

For Y Members only. TRX builds true functional strength while improving flexibility, balance, coordination, power, endurance and core stability. Suspension training with unique exercise movements that use your own body weight and gravity to execute each exercise.

TRX 101:

A full introduction to TRX suspension class for those who are brand new to TRX.

FOCUS ON FEMALES: SMALL GROUP FITNESS:

Accountability is a huge key to success! Enjoy strength training, cardio and stretching in a small group setting. A certified instructor will lead you through exercise sets to work your entire body and assist you in setting realistic goals to work toward a healthier you. Includes 30-minute personal training assessment to set goals. Max: 8
