BODYPUMP (FREE to Y Mbrs)

BODYPUMP is resistance training, choreographed to music, using a step, bar and weights to suit your fitness level. Great music, motivating instructors and your choice of weight to inspire you to get the results you came for. BODYPUMP is a Group Exercise class. Please see the current schedule for class days and times.

KETTLEBELL TRAINING

A unique type of strength training that takes functional training to the next level. You will learn specific Kettlebell technique that recruits multiple muscle groups in each exercise. Be prepared for improved core strength, cardio respiratory endurance, balance and flexibility.

     Monday    9:45-10:30 am
     Tuesday    10:00-10:45 am
     Wednesday    10:15-11:00 am
     Wednesday    5:30-6:15 pm

     Spring: $30 Y Mbr / $64 Comm Part

TRX

TRX builds true functional strength while improving flexibility, balance, coordination, power, endurance and core stability. Suspension training utilizes a strap system with unique exercise movements and principles that use your own body weight and gravity to execute each exercise. While TRX was developed by a Navy SEAL and is used by the military and professional athletic teams, it is equally beneficial for many, as all exercises can be easily modified to fit and challenge participants at their own level.
