TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING:

For Y Members only. TRX builds true functional strength while improving flexibility, balance, coordination, power, endurance and core stability. Suspension training with unique exercise movements that use your own body weight and gravity to execute each exercise.

TRX 101:

A full introduction to TRX suspension class for those who are brand new to TRX.
 

NEW! TRX BODY BREAKTHROUGH:

Build your best body, boost fat-burning and jump start your energy! Full body strength training with TRX, Tabata for metabolic burn and specific ab work for an intense total body workout improving muscular strength and endurance.

 

FOCUS ON FEMALES: SMALL GROUP FITNESS

(Age 18+)

Strength training, cardio and stretching in a small female focused group setting.
A certified instructor will lead you through exercise sets to work your entire body and assist you in setting realistic goals to work toward a healthier you. Choose the days that work best for you. (Max 8 per class.)

TREAD FUSION

Instructor led class that incorporates 25 minutes of intervals of walking, jogging or running on a treadmill followed by 25 minutes of strength using a variety of strength methods. This dynamic combo will create a calorie burning, fitness enhancing workout!

RUNNING STRENGTH

A running-specific strength and cardio circuit class designed to train runners to run stronger and faster. The class will incorporate plyometrics drills, short cardio circuits and body weight strength exercises that focus on the running muscles and movements. Attend both days.
