WHAT: This partner program is more than a workout, it’s an experience. Grab your best fitness buddy and get ready to sweat, share and succeed together! Amp up your accountability and activity! Three weeks of accountability to a partner, challenging AMRAP weekly workouts (a series of bodyweight exercises done for a certain amount of time as many rounds as possible), daily coaching via social media group, homework assignments and optional weekly coaching conference calls from Kelly Wendorff. Everyone who participates will receive a Y workout tank top as a completion prize.

WHEN: 3 different three-week sessions • 2 new workouts weekly:
Jan 6th - 26th • Jan 27th - Feb 16th • Feb 17th - March 2nd

WHO: Any adult member who wants to foster deeper relationships and is up for a fun, health and fitness challenge

WHERE: At the Y and online – there will be virtual connectedness and in person opportunities to workout together.

FEE: $30 each person, each 3-week session and must sign up with a friend
