This is your year to lose weight and adopt healthy habits with the use of technology and fitness apps, along with the motivation of a coach and your team. Achieve your goals together!
- Lose weight and adopt healthy habits with the use of technology and fitness apps. (Please note: You will need access to these apps in order to participate.)
- Learn to balance nutrition, exercise and other healthy habits.
- Practice permanent lifestyle choices to make 2017 YOUR best year.
- Work with a team coach and other challenge participants for accountability, and to achieve your goals together!
- Attend a series of fitness and nutrition events geared toward keeping you on track.
Challenge Fee: $60 Y Members Only
