8 Week Weight Loss Challenge Runs April 8 - June 2

Are you fed up with your current food and fitness plan, or lack of? Are you constantly wondering what you’re going to eat, stressing out about grocery shopping and meal planning and simply overwhelmed with it all? Now’s the time to take your food and fitness plan to a whole new level. During our 8-week challenge we will continue to focus on weight loss while setting up goals for accountability in meal planning and fitness. This challenge builds upon the knowledge and skills learned in the Challenge to Change program. *Knowledge & use of the tracking apps is a plus.

  • Investment of time in your health

FEE: $100  Register by April 6th
