BELLS AND BATTLEROPES (18+)

Hard-core results in a short amount of time. Maximize your lunch break with this small group training course. Your fitness will be tested with kettlebells, body weight exercises and battle ropes. We will maximize calorie burn, accelerate fat loss and build functional strength to refine your lunch hour.

GUARD UP (18+)

Join Leighann Moll for this fat-blasting, empowering, and highly rewarding women's small group boxing training program. Leighann has over 15 years’ experience in boxing training and will help you achieve more from your fitness than you ever thought you could.

Time options: (choose no more than two times per week)

Monday        12:00pm-1:00pm
Tuesday        6:40-7:40pm  
Wednesday   11:00-12:00pm
Thursday      11:15-12:15pm

PARTNER TRAINING PROGRAM

1-5 sessions $35/hour • 6+ sessions $30/hour (cost is per person)
