GUARD UP (18+)
Join Leighann Moll for this fat-blasting, empowering and highly rewarding small group boxing training program. Leighann has over 17 yrs experience in boxing training and will help you achieve more from your fitness than you ever thought possible. Gloves and wraps are needed for class and are not included. Orientation prior to session starts for all new participants.

Ladies, let’s break free from the misconceptions surrounding strength training and get the personal training experience without breaking the bank! You will learn why it’s important to be strong and experience what being strong feels like.

The science-based Sprint 8® cardio workout program has been proven to boost energy, reduce body fat, promote lean muscle mass and improve cholesterol in just eight weeks. This small group training program will provide you with the coaching, workouts and nutrition advice specific to the Sprint 8® protocol. Complete with 20 minutes on cardio equipment followed by strength and mobility training.
