Small Group Training

 

BELLS AND BATTLEROPES (18+)

Hard-core results in a short amount of time. Maximize your lunch break with this small group training course. Your fitness will be tested with kettlebells, body weight exercises and battle ropes. We will maximize calorie burn, accelerate fat loss and build functional strength to refine your lunch hour.

SOLID STRENGTH

This small group training for women focuses on building physical strength in conjunction with spiritual strength, 30 minutes devoted to each. Includes daily devotions, a daily journal and strength training workouts.

Monday/Wednesday 9:00-10:00am

GUARD UP (18+)

Join Leighann Moll for this women’s only fat-blasting, empowering and highly rewarding small group boxing training program. Leighann has over 16 yrs experience in boxing training and will help you achieve more from your fitness than you ever thought possible.

Ladies, let’s break free from the misconceptions surrounding strength training and get the personal training experience without breaking the bank! This small group training program is led by personal trainer, Vicki Downes. You will learn why it’s important to be strong and experience what being strong
feels like.
