Developmental Baseball Programs

 

Learn the basics of baseball in these fun developmental programs. Fees include a team shirt and hat. Players must provide their own glove. Baseball cleats (rubber only) or tennis shoes should also be worn. A reduced injury factor ball will be used.

DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM REGISTRATION:
Registrations will be accepted February 1st through May 1st. Those received after May 1st will be wait-listed and not guaranteed a spot on the team roster.

SINGLE-A (Introductory T-Ball)

Boys & Girls, Ages 3-4 (as of 6/1/19)
(Must be 3 by the first date of the season. No exceptions.)
Learn the basics of baseball in a fun and safe environment. For the first two weeks, teams will spend their time together practicing. For the remaining weeks, teams will have a brief warm-up/practice and play a game.
     Format: Monday, 5:15-6:15 pm
     Runs: June 3 - July 31 (Off July 1st)
     Fees: $40 Y Member / $65 Community Participant

 

DOUBLE-A (Transitional T-Ball)

Boys & Girls, completing 4K & Kindergarten
We will begin the season using the tee but transition to Coach Pitch as the season progresses. For the first two weeks, teams will spend their time practicing. For the remaining weeks, teams will have a brief warm-up/practice and play a game.
    Format: Monday, 6:30-7:45 pm OR Wednesday, 5:00-6:15
    Runs: June 3 - July 31 (Off July 1st and 3rd)
    Fees: $50 Y Member / $75 Community Participant

 

TRIPLE-A (Coach Pitch)

Boys & Girls, completing 1st and 2nd grade
Coaches pitch to their own players.
    Format: Teams will practice Tuesdays and play games on Thursdays
    Runs: June 4 - August 1 (Off July 2nd and 4th)
    Fees: $60 Y Member / $85 Community Participant

The Y depends on volunteers to run a sucessful program.
