We’ll combine progressive speed/agility drills with circuit style strength training to help promote efficient movement patterns, improved cardio fitness, improved joint stability, increased strength and help prevent muscle imbalances during this important growth period.

(Ages 8-11) 
This fun, functional, conditioning class uses a variety of games to burn off your child’s energy in a structured, supervised environment. The instructor will ensure proper movement patterns as well as build confidence in individual athleticism.

(Ages 10-15)
Designed as off-season training for the track athlete. We will work on agility training, strength and core work and have a high(er) intensity group cardio workout. Learn how to be a better, more efficient runner and lay a strong foundation of fitness and strength.

(Ages 14-18, Girls) 

Up-Lift is a strength training small group program designed by National Strength and Conditioning Trainer, Lindsay Guerra, for teenage girls aged 14-18 to be shaped and built-up in body and character and will be discussing important
and relevant topics such as self-image and social media.

Get some of your energy out of after school by playing some organized pick-up basketball with your buddies. A full court will be reserved for your age group along with a Y Staff.

FRIDAY  3:30-4:15pm (Middle School)

WINTER I & II: $20 Y Member only (per session)


There will be no classes on Monday, December 31st and Tuesday, January 1st. 
No classes March 24th-30th.

AGE 7-9: May use track, with parent.

Age 10-12: Welcome to use select cardio equipment and track after
the Wellness Center policy agreement is signed, with an adult next to them. Take Group Exercise classes with an adult excluding cycling classes.

AGE 13-15: Allowed to use the Wellness Center independently after orientation and waiver is signed by a parent. Can also use Free Weight area after an additional orientation. Group exercise classes also available to this age group.

AGE 16 & UP: Free access to the entire Wellness Center.
