YOUTH CARDIO CIRCUITS: (Ages 10-13)
Designed for the young person who is looking to be challenged in their cardiovascular fitness.

TEEN FREE WEIGHT STRENGTH TRAINING: (Ages 12-15)
This class teaches teens how to conduct a safe and purposeful strength training program along with promoting overall fitness by including flexibility, cardio conditioning and core strengthening. Class will be in the Wellness Ctr/Weight Rm area.

ROAD RUNNERS YOUTH TRACK PROGRAM: (Ages 9-17)
April 24 - June 22, 2013
Participants will learn the proper mechanics and training techniques specific to distance and sprinting events. The team is coached by a USATF certified coach who will lead weekly workouts designed to build optimal fitness. Athletes will have the opportunity to compete in 4-5 meets, including the USATF State Meet at Carroll University. Participants are responsible for USATF Membership, State Meet fees and transportation. Please contact Lisa Turner, (262) 567-7251, x112 with any questions.
Parent Meeting: Monday, April 22 at 6 pm at the YMCA at Pabst Farms.
(First day of practice will be Wed, April 24.)

FIT KIDS, FIT FAMILIES: (Ages 6 & up)
Fit Kids, Fit Families is a partnership with Aurora Health Care and the YMCA at Pabst Farms. This is a 10-week healthy lifestyle program for families with goals to improve eating habits, enhance self-esteem, increase activity level and create life-long healthy habits. The program is led by registered nurses, dieticians and exercise coaches. In addition, a pediatrician, family practitioner and nurse practitioner provide council.
Spring Session: April 11 - June 13, 2013
Summer Session: July 11 - September 12, 2013

YOUTH CARDIO PRIVILEGES:
8-12 yr old: Allowed to use track, with a parent.
10-12 yr old: Allowed to use select cardio equipment after a brief orientation, and with an adult next to them. Check in/out is required at the Wellness Center Desk. Take Free Group Exercise Classes with parent. Cycling classes not included.
13-15 yr old: Allowed to use the Wellness Center, track included, alone after orientation and waiver is signed by a parent. Can also use Free Weight area after an additional orientation class. Group exercise classes also available to this age group.
16+ year old: Free access to the entire Wellness Center.
