HOME ALONE WORKSHOP: (Ages 8-10)

Youth and parents learn the tools necessary for youth to start staying home alone. Parents are required to participate in the last half hour of class.

YMCA BABYSITTING TRAINING

(Must be at least 11 years old)
  • Sat, Jan. 14, 8:00am - 3:30pm (All day - bring a lunch)
  • Sat, Feb. 18, 8:00am - 3:30pm (All day - bring a lunch)
  • Sat, Mar. 25, 8:00am - 3:30pm (All day - bring a lunch)

FEE  $50 Y Member •  $65 CP

If looking for more hands-on training to practice their skills participants can volunteer in the drop-off childcare (call member services for more information).

 

STRANGER DANGER (Ages 4-8)

Children work on recognizing who a stranger is and what to do when a stranger makes you feel uncomfortable. Guardians, please join us for the last 15 minutes.

TEEN LEADERS

Leaders will work together in social outreach and community service projects. Learn leadership and life skills to succeed in high school, college, work and life.

Interested in spending your summer in a camp setting while growing your leadership and mentoring skills? This program is a great way to get a head start and prepare yourself for the best summer of your life!  

7th & 8th graders
First Tuesday of every month from 4-5 pm
