The calendar below will show you the class formats for each day of the month (i.e. Base Endurance, Intervals, Race Day, High Encurance, etc.)
GROUP CYCLING:
Indoor cycling workout on a state-of-the-art, Livestrong by Matrix, stationary bicycle. Your instructor will lead you through a workout that will challenge you in all formats of training that include endurance, intervals and race simulations.
CYCLING CIRCUITS:
It’s the best of two great workouts...cycling and circuit training. Burn calories and build strength in this class designed for all fitness levels. It’s also a great way for those new to cycling to get started.
CYCLE PLUS YOGA:
Energizing cycling workout, with 15 minutes of yoga-inspired stretches that will leave you feeling lengthened and relaxed.
CYCLE PLUS CORE:
A high-energy cycling workout, complete with back and abdominal strength work.
